What is Murder Hornet?
Murder Hornet is zirconium nitride (ZrN) — a brilliant light-gold coating that shines where TiN sticks. Its smoother surface and better chemical resistance lower the chance of soft, gummy materials adhering, making it excellent on aluminum and aluminum alloys. It also offers a clean, corrosion-resistant finish well suited to medical instruments.
Best for: Aluminum and non-ferrous machining, plus medical work.
