What is Hercules Beetle?
Hercules Beetle is our bronze-finish coating, built on titanium carbonitride (TiCN) chemistry — so it carries TiCN’s high hardness and excellent abrasion resistance, with a distinctive warm bronze look. It armors parts that need to perform and stand out, from tooling and dies to non-ferrous machining and firearm components.
Best for: TiCN-grade hardness and abrasion resistance, with a standout bronze finish.
Key properties
- TiCN-grade hardness (~3,200 HV)
- Lower friction than TiN
- Strong abrasion resistance
- Distinctive bronze finish
